Disappointed as there was no hot water and the bathrooms are very dated. I was left to wait for 5 minutes while the receptionist spoke on the phone despite being there before the phone rang.

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés d’apprendre que vous avez rencontré des désagréments pendant votre passage, notamment concernant l’absence d’eau chaude, en effet la chaudière avait disjoncté. Votre remarque sur l’attente à la réception nous interpelle également, et nous tenons à vous présenter nos excuses pour cette situation, en effet le réception était en ligne avec un autre client en prise de réservation.

Exactly what we wanted. Right hotel in the right place, with good parking, service and room space, followed by excellent breakfast. I wish there were a lot more hotels like it across France and other countries.

Wouldn’t stay again. Although the staff were friendly and the room clean. It was very noisy, and the whole hotel needs renovating.
